Job Purpose

  • Responsibility for the management, efficiency, and safety of all Warden personnel outside of
    Greater London. This includes ensuring we are meeting all client contact obligations with
    effective resource management and proactive recruitment.
    Primary Duties & Areas of Responsibility
  • To be responsible for ensuring the Warden team (non-London) are a profitable and efficient team that meet the organisation’s objectives
  • To drive operational efficiency through regular reviews and effective deployment of MI
  • To challenge conventional approaches and drive forward change when needed, demonstrating commitment to creating a culture of continuous improvement and quality
  • To improve the operational systems, processes and policies to support existing ISO accreditations
  • To contribute to the strategic direction of the business, shaping the transformation of the company
  • To be responsible for effectively managing budgets and be accountable for the effective use of resources
  • To be responsible for the health and safety of the team
  • To ensure compliance with all performance and regulatory standards i.e. IPC, BPA, HSE and DVLA
  • To develop a high performing team who work to key performance indicators and are held to account in terms of delivery
  • To present performance against key performance indicators on a regular basis to the Group COO and the wider operational management team
  • To attend and present at client service reviews.

Special Working Conditions
The post holder will be required to travel on a monthly basis to various Group offices and are
expected to spend time in the field with the team (nationwide travel)
