Project Manager


We provide a extensive range of services and understand the importance of providing comprehensive parking management solutions for your customers, tenants and staff.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role is responsible for the logistical delivery of all installs. They will be responsible for three small teams: Scheduling/Costing, Surveying, and Launch/Quality. This team will ensure that all surveys are carried out for all new ANPR installations, comprehensive installation proposals are completed and ANPR costings completed and approved. The team will be responsible for giving the green light to the scheduling team to schedule the installation.  The scheduling team will schedule all installs in line with UKPC position on priorities.


This role is based at UKPC’s head office and will be required to work Monday – Friday 9am – 5,30pm (1-hour lunch)

£30,000 – £37,500 (subject to the normal deductions)

Performance bonus of up to £5,000 per annum

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, surveying, costing and quality assurance
  • Direct, optimise and coordinate the full internal ANPR/WPS installation cycle
  • Liaise and negotiate with customers where required
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, costs and efficiency
  • Manage team to arrange and schedule engineers for installations
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
  • Supervise, coach and train their three separate teams
  • Provide day to day management of team
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
  • Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Comply with relevant H&S laws and regulations


  • Proven working experience as a logistics manager with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Record of successful logistics management
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff with management experience required
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
