Civil Enforcement Officer
£24,486.25 per annum

As an Enforcement Officer you will undertake patrols enforcing and advising on Parking Restrictions. This is an important part of keeping our roads moving, ensuring public safety, and improving our local air quality. As you may be the only representative that a member of the public sees regularly, we are looking for someone who has excellent customer care skills and is able to communicate in a friendly and effective manner.
To carry out your duties you will patrol public streets and council car parks, just think of those steps you’ll get in, reaching 10,000 steps a day will be easy! You will Issue penalty charge notices, creating revenue to be used by local government to go back into the local community improvements. You will help the public to understand regulations and advise about parking facilities whilst keeping our car parks and their facilities clean and tidy so that our local community is looking great.
We will provide full accredited training, with ongoing training and development available, full uniform for all weathers, employee discount and pension schemes, 20 days holiday per annum and opportunities for career development. You will need to be over 18 to apply and having a full Driving Licence or CBT licence will be advantageous. ( with Advanced pay for Moped Riders T&C’s Apply)
We offer Full Time hours working any 5 from 7 days on a rota basis
